I can’t believe it’s the end of September and I’m rounding up my favourites already! As always September has been a really busy month for me – I’ve been trying out loads of new fitness classes, working on making our new office perfect and I’m finally ready to launch our grab and go bars in supermarkets! It’s all been so exciting! Here’s my list of everything I’ve been loving the last few weeks!!!
It feels like so long now that I’ve been waiting to get my grab and go bars onto supermarket shelves and I’m so unbelievably excited that the time is finally here!! The bars are the perfect size for snacking, and I love having them in my handbag so I always have bites available wherever I am! You can pick them up in store very soon – watch this space for more updates!
The song ‘Sexual’ by Neiked is definitely my September jam! I can’t stop listening to it, it’s such a feel good song and I just love dancing around to it. It’s a really up beat song and I think it would make a great addition to any work out playlist – give it a listen!!
As you all know, I’ve recently been trying to make a big effort with my fitness, it’s been tough at times but it’s got to be done, because I eat cake for a living!! I recently tried out my first Barry’s Bootcamp class, which is one of the classes I had been meaning to try for a really long time and I loved it! It was incredibly tough and as you’d expect it’s a really demanding work out but the feeling of accomplishment afterwards is so worth it!
Last week I attended the Lunch show which is a trade show for on-the-go foods, and when I was there I made sure to spend lots of time wandering around and sampling the other brands there. These MiiRO ice creams were one of the most amazing things I tried there! They’re an all natural magnum-style ice cream and they come in 3 fabulous flavours, I had a little of them all and I’m sure my favourite was the vanilla and peanut butter flavour – it was the absolute dream. These are so brand new that you can’t get hold of them yet but keep an eye out for these in the near future!
If you follow me on instagram, you’ll already know that I’ve become a bit obsessed with this app over the last couple of weeks. I’d so recommend using it, as it’s just so much more exciting than having a static picture and it’s a great way to mix up your insta feed! It’s such a fun way to be really expressive on instagram and it enables you to capture way more than you could in a normal picture post.
