To celebrate National Cake Day (like we need a reason) we have created this gluten free crumble cake. For us at Livia’s Kitchen, there really is no better combination than crumble and cake. Although this may look a little messy, this cake is so so delicious. In fact, we tried to make it a few times to see if we could improve it’s appearance. However, as you can see it didn’t work but this doesn’t mean it doesn’t taste great! The soft sweet fruit works so well with the warm almond cake and crunchy crumble, it’s a tough one to beat!
