WHO ARE LIVIA’S?

At Livia’s, we’re revolutionising confectionery for the better! Our mission is to make the most yummy and indulgent treats that can be enjoyed by everyone – even for those with allergies & intolerances, and a plant-based diet.
Livia’s was founded in 2014 when Olivia spotted a gap in the market having been diagnosed with intolerances and couldn’t find anything to satisfy her sweet tooth. Over the last 5 years, Livia’s has rapidly grown from being a London centric brand with strong presence in Whole Foods, Planet Organic and Selfridges to becoming a multi-million-pound brand in over 4,000 stockists nationwide. And we are only just getting started…

We have only been trading with the major retailers for under 2 years! This is a hugely exciting time to join the business as we continue our rapid growth (+150% YoY) and cement ourselves as a serious challenger brand to the major confectionery brands.

We’re on the search for an entrepreneurial and driven go-getter to join us as Digital Marketing Manager at Livia’s to help us achieve our ambitious goals. This role is incredibly exciting for a creative, driven candidate who wants to pursue their career in Marketing whilst having exposure to the wider business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Taking the overarching marketing strategy and designing a digital strategy that will deliver on the key marketing priorities.
• Oversight and implementation of the overall digital strategy, including budget setting and channel strategy.
• Set ‘success’ benchmarks and review digital and social performance, with a view on how we can improve. Review key competitors as part of this, and look at other engaging brands for inspiration.
• Content creation and evolution: creating exceptional and highly engaging content. To set a content calendar each month based on priorities, new launches, exciting news and cultural moments.
• Influencer outreach and management. This would include end to end management of Influencer events, including engaging event ideas, guest list, and event management.
• Community management.
• End to end management of the online shop. Optimising traffic to the online shop, by SEO and click through, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the shop, oversight of fulfilment and reporting on performance.
• Oversight of the website, ensuring content is always up to date and functionality is smooth.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Previous experience: at least 3 years social management, including content creation, community management and influencer outreach.
• Ideally, you’ll have implemented wider brand campaigns digitally.
• You’ll have previously had strategic and budget responsibility.
• You’re ambitious both for yourself and the company with a relentless desire to make a difference.
• Someone with bags of creative ideas and a strategic mindset.
• Someone who wants to progress within a start up and play a big part in making the brand a success.
• A real self-starter who doesn’t just wait for the next instruction.

We’re on the search for an entrepreneurial and driven go-getter to join us as Commercial Account Executive at Livia’s to help us achieve our ambitious goals. This role is incredibly exciting for an entrepreneurial candidate who wants to build their career in sales whilst having exposure to the wider business. This is your opportunity to learn and develop as part of our sales team and to make a huge difference in a company where the sky’s the limit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
GROWTH DRIVING
• Field sales launching Livia’s into relevant independents to drive growth!
• Plan and run sampling campaigns in stores and partner with retailers marketing teams on wider marketing and events activations
• Regular store visits, building relationships with store managers to ensure Livia’s has strong brand presence and displays
• Trade marketing activation and compliance checks
• Build strong relationships with your customers to unlock opportunities for Livia’s.
• Full P&L responsibility for your customers
• Account Management of the Convenience channel, East of England Co-op.
• Launch into wider convenience channel via Blakemore Spar, Co-op head office, Petrol Filling Stations, Vending ie new business.
• Full ownership of the volume and revenue forecast
• Ownership of delivering revenue within the profitability parameters of customer margin, promo discount & trade spend
• Manage promotional strategy, in store implementation and NPD launches
• Support the wider team on trade shows
• Work closely with the Head of Sales
