Now that December has finally rolled around, I decided to get into the Christmas spirit and bake a festive version of my all time favourite cookies. I must have made these cookies at least a dozen times over the past few months, in multiple different flavours, and so I thought what better way to kick off 25 days of Christmas recipes than with these. My elves and I simply cannot get enough of them!
- 40g cranberries
- 100g jumbo Oats
- 100g oat flour
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 100g date syrup
- 25g melted coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Leave to cool slightly on the tray as they firm up.
