Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse

This easy vegan peanut butter chocolate mousse is the perfect dessert for dinner parties! It’s super speedy, only includes 5 ingredients and tastes delicious. You can quickly whip it up the evening before and leave it to set overnight in your fridge so it’s completely fuss-free on the day when your guests arrive. The peanut butter compliments the chocolate perfectly and we recommend serving it with an extra drizzle of peanut butter and some chopped up chocolate. Chocolate mousse

  • 250ml cold coconut cream (1 cup)
  • 70g smooth peanut butter (1/4 cup)
  • 30ml maple syrup (2 tbsp)
  • 15g cacao powder (2 tbsp)
  • A pinch of salt

Super Easy
  • Makes 4 small or 2 big portions (it’s very filling).

  • Whip up the cold coconut cream for a couple of minutes until it becomes fluffy.

  • Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, cacao powder and salt and carry on whipping until it’s all combined.

  • Pour it into your glasses and leave it to firm up in the fridge overnight, then it’s done! Take the glasses out of the fridge just a few minutes before serving and always store in the fridge.
