Espresso Breakfast Bar

Double caffeine – urm, yes please.

Espresso breakfast bars? Sign me up. This recipe goes out to all the caffeine monsters and organised meal prep’ers. Whip up a batch of these on a Sunday evening and breakfast for the week is sorted. These are the most delicious start to your morning. The sticky coconut caramel paired with the espresso is heavenly. For a more indulgent morning, add our Salted Peanut Butter Million Squares. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
