Salted Peanut Chocolate Chip Cookies

These gluten free salted peanut chocolate chip cookies are the perfect afternoon treat. They are so easy to make and perfect for making with the little ones to keep them busy. Who would have thought that just 6 ingredients could come together to make such a dreamy cookie? In this recipe we use a combination of naturally gluten free buckwheat flour and ground almonds to achieve the perfect soft texture. The saltiness from the peanuts balances perfectly with the sweet dark chocolate making them so delicious. We really struggled to have just the one each when we first made them in the Livia’s office!

We love our cookies straight out of the oven with warm vanilla almond milk – yum!
