Tahini and Oat Breakfast Balls

These balls are so so simple and delicious and make the perfect grab-and-go breakfast for those mornings when you are dashing out the door! The oats and tahini make them really filling whilst the vanilla and coconut add the perfect amount of sweetness.

method
  • Add the dates, coconut oil and tahini to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  • Add the oat flour, desiccated coconut and vanilla and blend again.

  • Next, add the whole oats, buckwheat groats and raisins and pulse.

  • Roll into balls and they are ready to go!
