From an indulgent chocolate cake masterpiece to a crowd-pleasing cookie dough traybake our easy gluten free dessert recipes are all vegan friendly and definitely don’t compromise on indulgence.

Salted Caramel Fondant

This is one of our most successful flavour combinations. Who doesn’t love gooey salted caramel and chocolate? The soft, moist chocolate sponge with a seriously indulgent melting caramel middle has definitely got the wow factor and will be sure to impress any guest. We love to serve ours with a nut milk based ice cream, coconut yogurt or a handful of berries.

Berry and Vanilla Cheesecake

As you will know by now, we are totally obsessed with chocolate in the Livia’s Kitchen office but from time to time we do like to indulge in a fruity delight. This dinner party recipe is a winner for all occasions. The combination of cashew and coconut make the layers so deliciously thick and creamy and the addition of vibrant juicy berries keep it nice and light. We love to drizzle ours with a hot blueberry coulis as the perfect finishing touch.

Cookie Dough Slice

If you’re looking for a fuss-free dinner party dessert recipe that really looks and tastes the part then this cookie dough traybake is for you. Layered with a fudgey date caramel and smooth raw chocolate, they look amazing and taste absolutely delicious. I love making these for family gatherings and the little ones love getting involved with the baking. This is a great dish that you can pre-prepare and keep in the fridge so that you don’t have to spend the whole time in the kitchen away from your guests. We recommend serving with a drizzle of hot chocolate sauce (try the sauce from this pancake recipe - YUM)!

Chocolate Almond Butter Cake

4 ingredients in a cake that looks this good? You better believe it! This is my all-time favourite chocolate cake recipe from my book and we always make it at the LK office for birthdays and special events. It is so easy to make and makes an amazing centrepiece. Our recipe also includes the creamiest dairy free chocolate frosting. You can top it with anything you like but we recommend a mix of fresh berries. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Raspberry Ripple Cheesecakes

This ‘cheese’cake recipe is possibly the most indulgent fruity one I’ve ever created. I love the crumbly oat biscuit base which has a similar texture to regular cheesecakes and I worked hard with my elves to create the dreamiest creamy filling, rippled with a sweet raspberry sauce. The recipe makes 6-7 individually portioned cheesecakes however you can use the recipe to make one big portion. We recommend serving with a handful of fresh raspberries and a swirl of raspberry caramel which is included in the recipe. This is also a good recipe for pre-preparing and keeping in the fridge until ready to serve.

Peanut Butter Banana Tart

Meet the showstopper tart you will be remembered for. This dinner party dessert recipe features a dreamy layer of peanut butter and frozen banana set in a nutty cacao crust and a rich chocolate ganache topping, drizzled with even more chocolate and peanut butter. This is one of our most popular easy gluten free dinner party dessert recipes and is perfect for entertaining and it can be left in the fridge until ready to serve.
