Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All of our packaging is fully recyclable. It can sometimes vary from council to council so please contact them for more information.

Are all your ingredients natural?
We are proud to say that all the ingredients we use are completely natural. We strongly believe that you don’t have to compromise on the quality of the ingredients you use to create something delicious. We are free from nasties, additives and preservatives.
Are any of your products nut-free?
All of our products are produced in a factory that handles tree nuts, eggs, soya, sesame & peanut, however not all of our products contain nuts in the recipe. Our nut free recipes include: Raw Cookie Dough Nugglets Raw Choc Brownie Nugglets Salted Caramel Million Squares Chocolate Orange Million Squares However, if you have an allergy to nuts, we do not recommend that you consume our products.
Are all your products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are vegan.
Are all your products dairy-free?
Yes! All of our products are free from dairy.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes! All of our products are free from gluten.
Are any of your products suitable for coeliacs?
Our products are made using certified gluten free ingredients.
Do you use palm oil?
No, we don’t use any palm oil in any of our products.
Are your products suitable for kids?
Kids are some of our biggest fans!

We are not currently shipping outside of the UK but are always looking to expand into new markets.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take in the UK?
UK shipping usually takes 3-5 working days. We deliver orders via DPD.
How long does EU shipping take?
We are not currently shipping outside of the UK.
How much are your shipping costs?
UK shipping costs are £2.49 on all orders under £25 and free on orders above £25.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference to keep an eye on your order until it gets to you!
It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my order, when can I expect it?
If you’re having issues with your order or haven’t received your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and someone from our team will be able to investigate!
Can I keep your products in the fridge?
Although we recommend storing our products in a cool dry place, some people enjoy them chilled or even frozen. Sounds yummy to us!
I’m not 100% satisfied, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that something isn’t right. We love to hear all feedback so please email email@example.com and we’ll look into this right away. If there’s an issue with the product we’ll need the use by date and batch code (this is the small number underneath the use by date) of the product you’re referring to in order to investigate the issue you’re reporting. Please ensure you make a note or take a photo of this information to provide to us when you get in touch to submit your complaint.
The dip of my Dunx has separated, is this normal?
Natural separation will occur as we don’t ever want to compromise on our ethos and add in any nasties. We are definitely trying to improve it but in the meantime give the nut butter dip a little mix with the first cookie and you should be all good to go :)
