Peanut Butter Berry Jam Cups
This Vegan Peanut Butter Berry Jam Cups recipe is super easy to make, plant-based and gluten free. This weekend indulge in a heavenly warm Peanut Dunx cup filled with spiced berry jam.

- 70g oat flour / blended oats
110g porridge oats
50g coconut sugar
135g Peanut Drizzle Dunx Dip
75g maple syrup
30g oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt - 100g frozen berries
25g coconut sugar
3 tbsp chia seeds

Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin or prepare a silicone muffin tra
2. Start by making the jam. Add the frozen berries and coconut sugar to a saucepan on a low heat. Stir this until the berries warm. Once the berries and sugar are warmed, take it off the heat and add the chia seeds. Mix well to ensure that the chia seeds are distributed evenly through the berry mixture. Leave this to the side to cool slightly. It will thicken as it cool
3. Moving onto the oat cup – in a bowl mix together all of the ingredient
4. Taking handfuls of the oat cup mixture, press it into the prepared tray to make a cup. Put a spoonful of the jam inside the cup and then cover with more of the oat mixture
5. Continue this process until you have used all of the flapjack mixture and ja
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
