Almond and Raisin Cookies

- 180g Oat Flour,230g Jumbo Oats,200ml Maple Syrup,100g Almond Butter,110g Raisins,Pinch of Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray.
In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients, making sure that they are fully combined. This will be a sticky texture.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball in your hand. Flatten it gently and then place on the tray.
Once you have used all of the mixture, place them in the oven to bake for 15 minutes until golden but still soft.
These best served warm from the oven, but they are delicious any time of day.
