Hazelnut nests
Method
Melt the cacao butter on a low heat.
Add the hazelnut butter, lucuma powder, maple syrup and a pinch of salt and whisk together. Once it’s combined you can add the puffed brown rice and stir it in with a spoon.
Put your rice mixture in a muffin tin (preferably a silicone one or one lined with muffin cases) and press it up the sides so that the sides and bottom are completely covered. Do this until you’ve used up all of your mixture and leave it to set in the freezer for 5 minutes.
When your nests have hardened you can take them out of the mould and fill them with either peanut butter or caramel (or both!) then top them with some Nugglet “eggs”.
