Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse

Total: 10 minutes + overnight in the fridge
- 250ml cold coconut cream (1 cup),70g smooth peanut butter (1/4 cup),30ml maple syrup (2 tbsp),15g cacao powder (2 tbsp),A pinch of salt
Makes 4 small or 2 big portions (it’s very filling).
Whip up the cold coconut cream for a couple of minutes until it becomes fluffy.
Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, cacao powder and salt and carry on whipping until it’s all combined.
Pour it into your glasses and leave it to firm up in the fridge overnight, then it’s done! Take the glasses out of the fridge just a few minutes before serving and always store in the fridge.
