Salted Peanut Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 cups ground almond - 250g,½ cup buckwheat flour -75g,½ tbsp coconut oil – 10g,¼ cup maple syrup – 70g,¼ cup smooth peanut butter – 55g,½ cup raw chocolate – 105g,Generous pinch of sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Add all of the ingredients (excluding the chocolate) into a bowl and stir until fully combined. Chop the chocolate into small squares and then add to the cookie mixture. Fold the mixture well with a spoon to ensure that the chocolate is evenly dispersed.
Taking a tablespoon at a time, roll the mixture into a ball and then gently flatten onto the baking tray.
Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
We love these warm straight out of the oven with a cup of tea.
