Granola Cups

These granola cups make the cutest breakfast treat! They’re really simple and easy to make and they taste so amazing. I like to fill them with coconut yoghurt and berries but they’d also be so delicious filled with almond milk, nut butters and other fruits like bananas or peaches!

Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: 50 minutes

Total: 1 hour




  • Begin by preheating the oven to 180C.

  • To make the granola mixture, simply add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly using your hands or a wooden spoon.

  • Once everything is well combined, scoop up a little mixture into your hands and place it in the bottom of a lined muffin tray. Using your hands, press the mixture down into the bottom and edges of the muffin tray, until you have formed granola cups. The quantities above should make about 5-6 cups.

  • Place the granola cups into the oven at 180C for about 45-50 minutes. Then remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tray for at least 20 minutes.

  • To serve, fill the cups with fillings of your choice - coconut yoghurt, almond milk, fruit and nut butters would all be delicious!
