Our favourite raw cacao recipes
At Livia's Kitchen HQ we always use raw cacao because of its rich taste and often doesn't have anything added into it. We use it so much that we always order in the biggest bags of it which make quite the mess! How chocolatey you want your treats to be is completely up to you so don't worry about being too strict with these recipes and feel free to add more or less to suit your taste. These are some of my all time favourite raw cacao recipes and I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do.
The first time we made these breakfast pots in the office we were all obsessed with them. They were so easy to make and you can add all sorts of different toppings and flavours to make them your own. If you aren't too keen on chocolate for breakfast, have them as a Sunday afternoon treat!
This is a very special recipe for me as it was the first and last of my secret crumble recipes that I released after making the switch to Raw Millionaire Bites. Whenever I smell this now I still get flashbacks to my parents kitchen, manically making hundreds of crumbles with my elves.
We made this the other day in the office after they made something similar on Great British Bake Off. The LK team polished off every single fondant in minutes. We actually purposefully undercook them so that everything is so gooey in the middle. Although you still have to make sure the middle is hot enough so that the PB melts!
Chocolate tortes are so indulgent and this one is super creamy. This is definitely a recipe for your more skeptical family members and is definitely a showstopper! This creamy filling would also work with any of our other pastry recipes. So get creative and mix things up a bit!
