Pumpkin Fudge

This delicious gluten free pumpkin fudge recipe is an absolute must make! We absolutely love using pumpkins in our recipes. Pumpkins are such a simple but delicious ingredient that you can use in so many ways. These delicious chunks of heaven are one of our favourite ways to use pumpkin in desserts. They also make the perfect treats for halloween. We love individually wrapping them up and putting them in a big jar so that everyone can help themselves. Our favourite pumpkin puree is this one.

Ingredients:

    Pumpkin Fudge

  • 100g Pumpkin puree,100ml Maple Syrup,75g Coconut Butter,80g Almond Butter,1 tsp Cinnamon,1/2 tsp Ginger,1/2 tsp Clove

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan over a low heat. Using a whisk, mix together until it has fully combined.

  • Pour this into a greased baking tin and place in the freezer for an hour to set.
