Raspberry Muffins

This gluten free raspberry muffins recipe is the absolute dream and they are really simple to make. These are a great breakfast muffin, they are soft, fluffy with just the right amount of tang from the raspberry. Pair these with a blob of yoghurt and it's a magical combination for any time of the day. We love making a batch of these on the weekend and munching on them through the week, they are perfect for that mid morning snack attack! Feel free to get creative with the fruits that you use, try it with blackberries or blueberries. Make sure you tell us how they go!
