Raw Gingerbread Balls

These raw gingerbread balls are one of my favourite creations. I am still amazed at how quick and simple they are to make, as they are honestly one of the yummiest things I've eaten. Even if you're not a ginger fan, you can adjust the amount depending on your own tastes, but I'm a bit of a ginger fiend! I have to admit that I could gobble a whole bowl, but as a fun way to serve them I'll put them on the end of sticks so they look like cake pops!
